James Boddington shoots on the New York Subway
James Boddington is a wonderful photographer.
And wonderful Photographers make opportunities happen.
In New York for 3 weeks this northern summer James found himself spending a heap of time on the New York Subway, going back and forth to his 'real' job - shooting a book about the canine population in New York City.
With nothing better to do on the endless trips he started taking pictures.
This allowed him to relive his original career as a newspaper photographer and feed his life long passion for photojournalism.
According to James the best thing was 'I could take shots of whatever unfolded in front of me without worrying about client briefs and expectations'.
You can find more of James' great work at his website.
